Pretty common for a knock-off website to aggregate data and reuse as its own. Pretty easy money, make a few scripts to scrape popular content providers and get essentially revenue on ads and visitors.

There's many websites like that, where they just copy paste whole articles from other sites because they can't be bothered to create their own content.
